SESH FM are proud to announce the debut EP by Numbertheory. After featuring on compilations such as our very own Solidarity Vol. 1 and Loraine James'
+44 Remix Compilation, he delivers his solo debut EP - HORRIBLE with the help of fellow Irish producers Cnámha & Fomorian Vein, along with Cork metal vocalists Mark Coughlan of Here We Stand and Jake O'Driscoll of God Alone.

Harsh and heavy, Horrible (feat. Mark Coughlan) is a shrieking, dark track centred around the screams of Coughlan. The heavy percussion evokes the sounds of Hard Drum while the atmosphere borrows heavily from industrial music. Something Has Been Here (feat. Jake O'Driscoll) is a more brooding number, with O'Driscoll's apocalyptic vocals adding a sense of dread - contrasted with the uplifting synths at the end. As much black metal as it is dance music, the track is percussive as ever and hits hard. Cnámha hops on board for the remix to Horrible. It's a fast, thrashing, gabber-influenced banger with a claustrophic yet danceable vibe. Upcoming young producer Fomorian Vein delivers the broken, intense remix to Something Has Been Here. The gothic, noisy drums connect with heavily processed vocals and end in a chaotic maelstrom of sound.
Numbertheory's EP is influenced by his childhood love of all extreme metal, along with his work as a DJ of percussive dance music. He took inspiration from his visits to the UK to attend Evian Christ's Trance Party, as well as NKC's Even the Strong which sent him on his way to a world of drums. It's Darkthrone & Dark0, Mayhem & MM.
